Eventual modifications of the Terms and Conditions do not apply to the services already booked by the user.

General conditions
Private tours in Florence is a website providing a booking service for private or small group tours organized and sold by licensed tourist guides. The website user declares he is over 18 years old at the moment of booking. Private tours in Florence is not responsible for false declarations by the user.
Transactions
Private tours in Florence uses third party services like Paypal and Stripe to process credit card payments by the user. Private tours in Florence is not responsible for any damage caused by the behaviour of third-party payment processors.
Cancellations and refund policy
The user can cancel a tour:
- at least 72 hours before the tour start. In this case, the user will receive a partial refund paying a variable fee per person. That’s the amount that has been spent already to buy your admission tickets and cannot be refunded. You can see the amount of the fee for each specific tour in your booking confirmation email;
- in case of cancellations less than 72 hours before the tour start, no refund will be issued.
No refund is possible for failing to get in time at the meeting point.
